Marv Kinnel
Marv Kinnel is a retired Federal Bureau of Prisons Corrections Officer and Food Service Foreman with a dynamic career spanning music, media, and public service. As the owner of Klock Werk Ent, an independent record label, he channels his passion into artist development, music production, and marketing, with multiple singles streaming across platforms.
His diverse background includes being a caseworker, a U.S. Navy cook, a recruiter, a ship’s barber, and a corrections officer in Georgia. A seasoned media personality, Marv hosts The Klock Hour TV show and previously led the internet radio show of the same name. His creative talents extend to graphic design, photography, and writing, and his upcoming book, From The Outside In, Part 1, will debut soon.

Anoushka Vishwanathan is the Associate Producer of Lock and Key, where she plays a central role in shaping the podcast’s outreach, production, and digital presence. A junior in high school, Anoushka is deeply passionate about criminal justice reform, incarceration, and re-entry, and is especially interested in amplifying voices that are often excluded from mainstream conversations.
She oversees guest outreach and scheduling, assists with production logistics, and designed and built the Lock and Key website. Through her work on the podcast, Anoushka helps bridge perspectives between lived experience and institutional insight, supporting conversations that center accountability, dignity, and systemic change.
Outside of Lock and Key, Anoushka is a writer, artist, and student leader with a strong interest in pursuing a future career in law and criminal justice. She is committed to using storytelling, media, and advocacy as tools to challenge inequity and create more just systems.
